Nature of service
Calm Cradles with Ciara provides sleep consultancy, sleep support and sleep guidance for families. It is not healthcare, therapy or medical advice.
Booking
Bookings should be confirmed through the chosen booking process once this is added. Parents may be asked to complete a questionnaire before a consultation or support period begins.
Payment
Payment terms, accepted manual payment methods and due dates should be confirmed before launch and clearly communicated before a gift-card request or booking is submitted.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms should be reviewed and finalised before launch, including any notice periods or refund rules.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling terms should be stated clearly, including how much notice is requested and how many times a consultation may be moved.
Parent participation
Sleep support depends on parent or guardian participation, communication and consistency with agreed steps.
No guaranteed outcome
Children and families respond differently. Calm Cradles does not guarantee a specific sleep outcome, timeframe or result.

Gift cards - draft for review
Gift cards are denominated in euros and are issued only after payment is received by bank transfer and manually confirmed by Calm Cradles. Gift cards may be used towards eligible Calm Cradles services, may support partial redemption, and any remaining balance stays available until the card is fully redeemed, expires or is cancelled under the final approved policy. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where legally required and cannot be used to purchase another gift card. If a service costs more than the available balance, the difference must be paid separately. Expiry terms should be added only after Ciara confirms them. Lost or shared codes, cancellation, refund and governing-law wording must be confirmed by the client and professionally reviewed before launch.
Gift-card refunds and cancellations - draft for review
Refund and cancellation rules should be finalised before launch. Unpaid requests may be cancelled with a reason. Unused active gift cards may be cancelled by an authorised administrator with a reason. Fully redeemed cards should not be cancelled. Partially redeemed cards require manual review.
Intellectual property
Sleep plans, guides and written materials are intended for the purchasing family and should not be copied, shared or resold.
Limitation of liability
Liability wording should be drafted or reviewed by a qualified professional before launch.
